Shipments and collections

WITHDRAWALS

To collect an order placed on the site, simply come to our office during our store opening hours, open from Monday to Saturday from 8.30am to 12.30pm, and from 3.00pm to 7.00pm.

Orders are normally available for collection within an hour of payment, however we will send you a confirmation email as soon as they are ready to be collected.

SHIPPING

We prepare shipments of orders daily, and orders are normally collected by our courier the following morning of the day they were placed. Delivery is made within 72 hours barring unforeseen circumstances. The code for tracking your package will always be provided.
