T he Miller family has been a family of artists for centuries and all its members, over the generations, have immortalized the aristocratic Crompton family on canvas. Alix, the last scion, is also commissioned to paint the portrait of the last noble descendant: a task that immediately appears difficult because Leland Crompton is affected by acromegaly, a rare genetic disease that deforms his face, causing his features to grow excessively and which forces him to live secluded and communicate with the world only through his novels and his computer. In the long hours of posing Alix learns to know the kind and intelligent man who lies behind those grotesque features

It is possible to pay for an order placed online directly in the store; to proceed, simply select "Direct payment in store" as the payment method.
Likewise, you can save shipping costs by selecting "Collect" as your delivery method and collect your order in person directly from the store.
We normally prepare orders for collection within 1 hour during store opening hours, but a confirmation email will still be sent when your order is ready for collection.

We prepare shipments of orders daily, and orders are normally collected by our courier the following morning of the day they were placed.
Delivery is made within 72 hours barring unforeseen circumstances.
The code for tracking your package will always be provided.

Refund Policy
We have a 14 day returns policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate the return, you can contact us at info@dituttopertutti.it. If your return is accepted, we will send you all the necessary information on how and where to send the package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and make it right.
Exceptions/non-returnable items
Some types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable products (such as food, flowers or plants), personalized products (such as special order or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and even ship your refund.
