For eighteen years Ed Viesturs chased every mountaineer's dream: to reach the top of 14 eight-thousanders without the help of oxygen. An extraordinarily prudent mountaineer, who was able to give up on the summit of Everest less than 100 meters from the goal and who would never have given up on the summit of Annapurna, the mountain on which half of those who conquer the summit succumb. A mountaineer whose motto is: "Reaching the top is optional, going back is mandatory." And it is precisely by following this philosophy that Viesturs describes the fatal errors of judgment committed by his fellow mountaineers, together with some risks taken by himself, and the valiant rescues carried out. And, for the first time, he explains in detail the fundamental and heroic role he found himself playing during the tragedy that occurred on Everest in 1996, made famous by "Thin Air", by Jon Krakauer. But "To the summit without shortcuts" also tells of lighter and funnier moments, which reveal the friendship and spirit of solidarity between climbers. And it is the portrait of a courageous and devoted husband and family man, and of the convictions that supported his very dangerous and magnificent challenge to the eight-thousanders.

Likewise, you can save shipping costs by selecting "Collect" as your delivery method and collect your order in person directly from the store.
We normally prepare orders for collection within 1 hour during store opening hours, but a confirmation email will still be sent when your order is ready for collection.

Delivery is made within 72 hours barring unforeseen circumstances.

Refund Policy
We have a 14 day returns policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate the return, you can contact us at info@dituttopertutti.it. If your return is accepted, we will send you all the necessary information on how and where to send the package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
