Papa Francesco, il papa delle sorprese, un pontefice che ha spiazzato molti, ma che fin dalla sua prima apparizione, la sera del 13 marzo 2013, non cessa di attirare l'attenzione del mondo intero, in modo particolare per linguaggio e gesti, capaci di parlare all'uomo di oggi. Senza dubbio i più giovani, ma ai ragazzi moderni forse occorre affiancare qualcosa di immediata comprensione, qualcosa che, fissato sulla carta o sullo schermo di computer o tablet possa toccare le corde dei cuori e anche (perché no?) strappare un sorriso. Il compito è stato affidato alle "Formiche" dell'artista Fabio Vettori: una proposta editoriale che ha subito incontrato la convinta adesione di monsignor Luigi Bressan. "La scelta non è casuale - spiega nella prefazione l'Arcivescovo di Trento - gli etologi ci dicono che le formiche praticano un sistema di apprendimento interattivo: si organizzano per la raccolta del cibo, i ruoli da svolgere, la difesa, i percorsi da seguire, la costruzione elaborata e complessa del formicaio; nessuna resta inattiva o peggio parassita. Sono virtù che, con tutto rispetto e tenuto conto dell'analogia, papa Francesco richiama fortemente per gli esseri umani. E il sentirci parte di un tutto, com'è l'ecosistema, e il saper imparare anche dal reato sono messaggi forti dell'enciclica Laudato si'".

It is possible to pay for an order placed online directly in the store; to proceed, simply select "Direct payment in store" as the payment method.
Likewise, you can save shipping costs by selecting "Collect" as your delivery method and collect your order in person directly from the store.
We normally prepare orders for collection within 1 hour during store opening hours, but a confirmation email will still be sent when your order is ready for collection.

Delivery is made within 72 hours barring unforeseen circumstances.
The code for tracking your package will always be provided.

Refund Policy
We have a 14 day returns policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate the return, you can contact us at info@dituttopertutti.it. If your return is accepted, we will send you all the necessary information on how and where to send the package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and make it right.
Exceptions/non-returnable items
Some types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable products (such as food, flowers or plants), personalized products (such as special order or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and even ship your refund.
